“I bought my first ‘proper’ camera in the summer of 2014 prior to a trip to the Lofoten Islands, but it was really my relocation to Cumbria in December 2015 that sparked my enthusiasm for the hobby. How can you live in such a beautiful part of the country and not be inspired?!”

Jen currently shoots with a Nikon APS-C digital camera, but has her sights on the full frame mirrorless Sony Alpha A7 III.

“I first came across Nisi filters when attending a photography meet led by Ray McBride, on the Wirral, in May 2017. When it comes to spending my hard earned cash I’m known for my indecision, but as soon as I saw the Nisi filter system my mind was made up. I love the ease of use and the unique way the polariser works, and how good the filters are with no colour cast and incredible control they give me.”

Jen is passionate about the beautiful and varied landscapes we have here in the UK and enjoys sharing that through her photographs.
