A year ago I didn’t know what an f stop was but I keep trying. I know enough about my camera to find my way around, and for me that’s all I need; I just want to present a location as I see it.

Vikki’s creative journey started in art and painting. She has completed numerous commissions for large scale murals, one of her most rewarding being for a hospital to help with recovery for long term patients.

The hustle and bustle of life didnt give me the time to continue with fine art, but photography gave me a new way of expressing myself. I love the outdoors and dramatic landscapes and I adore water scenes.

Vikki started using Nisi filters to cut down on processing time so she can see the image in camera.

I don’t enjoy processing so I try as hard as I can to get the shot right using my filters. I use two compact lenses so the Nisi M75 system is ideal for me, it’s so compact and means I can have everything I need in a small backpack.
