A great opportunity to visit some of London’s iconic locations and learn how to capture them with two Nisi Ambassadors Alessio Putzu and Phil Norton.
We will visit London Bridge, The Shard and London City Hall and shoot these using a variety of techniques. You will learn how to compose the image, how to balance exposure and how to create long exposure images using ND filters. We will discuss processing techniques and how to get the best from your images. This will be open to all skill levels from amateur to advanced, and will be a good opportunity to learn and have some fun with two Nisi Global Ambassadors.
You will have the opportunity to join in two competitions by submitting your images on Facebook set up to sponsor the workshop. The best images will be awarded prizes to be announced on Facebook.
London Bridge Long Exposure
Your Ambassadors will have a range of Nisi Filters available to demo and they will assist you in capturing the best possible image in camera.
To assist any purchases of Nisi filters your ambassadors will have a discount code for you which will be for the exclusive use of workshop attendees.
All attendees should have their own tripod, camera, spare batteries and memory cards, along with suitable lenses. We suggest a wide-angle lens and a mid zoom lens. A cable release will be required for long exposures. Suitable clothing for cold and wet weather is sensible along with a drink and snack.

Competitions
Competitions will be set up on Facebook to highlight this workshop and images of London. There will be two competitions:
1 “London By Twilight” Workshop Post
This will be a general competition announced on Nisi UK and Lenslight Nisi open to all. Participants should post their best image in the Comments taken in London and does not have to be using Nisi filters. The best image will be judged by the Ambassadors running the workshop and a prize will be awarded. The Prize for this competition with be a Nisi V6 Landscape Edition Filter Holder.
2. “London By Twilight”
This will be a private Group created on Facebook for all Workshop attendees to join after the event. Participants will have the chance to submit their best image taken on the workshop to win a prize. Images will require a ‘Before and After’ image, taken without a Nisi filter and with a Nisi filter to demonstrate the difference. A winner will be judged by members of the group and a prize will be awarded to the winner.
The prize will be a free Nisi Filter Pouch Plus which will hold up to 9 filters, together with a Nisi Cleaning Kit, and your image posted on Nisi Facebook Pages announcing you as the winner.
Two Runner Up prizes will be announced with free places on future Nisi Workshops.
